Abu Dhabi Emirati Talents Secure Jobs in Industry and Advanced Technology at Manufacturers Exhibition

The second session of the “Manufacturers” exhibition for jobs in industry and advanced technology recently ended in Abu Dhabi. Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Energy Center from April 21 to 23, the exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES), and the ADNOC Group.

The event saw more than 4,200 young Emiratis attend from various emirates. Over 10,000 immediate interviews were conducted with more than 83 companies, resulting in many Emirati talents obtaining direct employment opportunities in the industrial and advanced technology sector.

Providing over 800 job opportunities for Emiratis, including around 150 jobs for citizens of determination in various sectors, this initiative aimed to highlight the skills and abilities of Emiratis and enhance their participation in the industrial and technological sectors.

The exhibition is part of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, falling under the “National Content Programme” umbrella. It supports the “Made in the Emirates” initiative and aligns with strategic objectives that promote competitiveness, growth, and diversification in the industrial sector.

Through partnerships with government agencies, private sector companies, training organizations, and job seekers
