According to a regulatory filing on Monday, the CEO of Square, a unit of fintech organization Block, will be leaving the organization. Alyssa Henry, who has been with the organization for more than nine years, is set to leave on October 2nd. Following this news, Block Inc’s shares saw a lower of two.7% at $49.86 soon after the industry closed. Prior to her function at Square, Henry served as the vice president at Amazon Internet Solutions and held positions on the boards of Intel and computer software firm Unity Technologies. Block, led by Jack Dorsey, gives merchant payment solutions and a cryptocurrency trading app, and not too long ago reported an improve in quarterly income due to larger payment volumes.
