ARRI Rental North America has appointed two new executives to its team, with Lisa Harp joining as Vice President of Business Development and Andrea Leonard coming on board as Director of Business Development for the New York branch.
Lisa Harp brings over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry to her new role at ARRI Rental. She previously held leadership positions at Panavision and PRG, where she gained extensive experience in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Her expertise will be a valuable asset to the company’s global business.
Andrea Leonard, who will be based in New York, is a seasoned industry professional with a wealth of knowledge about business development. She has experience leading initiatives at well-known companies like Monster Remotes and Panavision, where she played a dual leadership role at Monster Remotes and Flying Monster, responsible for building the cinema drone division from start-up to a prominent leader in the field. As Director of Business Development for ARRI Rental’s New York branch, her focus will be on fostering relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers while also identifying new opportunities and growth strategies to enhance ARRI Rental’s position in the competitive New York market.
