Aurora Employment Testing Owner Arrested for Sexual Assault

Aurora, CO- In October, a woman reported that she was sexually assaulted by the owner of Aurora Employment Testing, Arben “Ben” Duka. Duka, 60, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. Previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing, the business had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.

The investigation into the incident led to two additional incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported.

The Sex Crimes Unit detectives urge any potential victims to come forward with their experiences. Investigators are still seeking witnesses or victims who may have information about other incidents involving Duka or his business.
