Celebrating Excellence: Northwest Arkansas Businesses Recognized for Ethical Practices at Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards

The Better Business Bureau of Arkansas announced the winners of this year’s Torch Awards on Monday, recognizing businesses for their commitment to ethics, standards, leadership, and social responsibility. Among the winners were two businesses in Northwest Arkansas – The Stitt Group home solar energy company in Rogers and Secondhand Smoke barbecue caterer in Fayetteville. Additionally, Roller Funeral Homes and Tipton & Hurst florist, both located in Little Rock, also received awards.

The Torch Awards are now in their 10th year and are organized by the Better Business Bureau, a private nonprofit organization that evaluates businesses based on customer service, consumer protection, transparency, and licensing. The winners of the Torch Awards in Arkansas will have the opportunity to compete in the International Torch Awards for Ethics later this year.

These awards highlight the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in business practices and honoring those who demonstrate a commitment to honesty, integrity, and social responsibility. The winners serve as examples for other businesses to follow, setting a positive precedent for the community. Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s Torch Awards in Arkansas!
