A 369-square-meter land in Čiovo owned by Keruma doo was recently sold to Avid nekretnine for 40,100 euros, according to bankruptcy administrator Natalija Mladineo. This sale followed the receipt of an appraisal report that estimated the initial value at 29,302 euros, or 79.41 euros per square meter.

During the last hearing at the end of October, two offers were received from interested buyers. Avid nekretnine from Sesvet made the higher offer, while Duje Miše made an offer of 33,582 euros. It is important to note that there is no vehicular access to that building land.

As part of the monetization of Kerum’s real estate, repeated advertisements for the sale of storage in the building on Trg kneza Višeslav in Zadar have been carried out. This will involve opening written bids at a new hearing scheduled for November 24. The sale will include four warehouses with a total of ten square meters, which will be sold at starting prices of 2,060 to 2,270 euros. The sale will be conducted through a public auction according to the principle of “who gives more.” Additionally, the sale is carried out on a “seen-bought” basis, which excludes any subsequent objections from the buyer.
