Colerain Township police are currently investigating an incident involving a deceased man found in a chair next to a burning business on Sunday. According to Jim Love, a spokesperson for Colerain police, authorities suspect that the fire and the discovery of the dead man on Ripple Road may be connected. The fire, which occurred in the 6900 block, had fully engulfed the business by the time fire crews arrived at approximately 1 a.m. The cause of the fire is still being investigated, and further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
