Colin Lee Appointed as SAIC’s Vice President of Business Development for Space Industry

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has announced that Collin Lee has taken on the role of space business development vice president. Lee, who previously worked as VP of intelligence systems at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) mission systems business, made the announcement via LinkedIn on Tuesday.

Lee has had a 23-year career that revolves around business consulting, defense and intelligence. After earning a bachelor’s degree in public administration at James Madison University, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as senior consultant. He later got a similar post at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) in 2003.

Lee became legislative liaison at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in May 2007. He stayed at ODNI for more than four years before being appointed as director of legislative affairs at the National Security Council.

Before joining GDMS, Lee was director of strategy and business development at the company’s Frontiers space technology incubator.
