Through a donor briefing held on Thursday at the luxurious 4 Seasons Hotel in Miami, DeSantis’s campaign group responded to a query about the Twitter occasion that was supposed to kick off DeSantis’s hugely anticipated 2024 presidential run.

Alternatively, the announcement was marred with crashes, awkward silences, and standby music as almost 500,000 people today attempted to tune in.

But DeSantis’ camp has attempted to downplay the technical hiccups of the occasion and concentrate on the cash that was raised following the governor’s announcement. In 24 hours, the campaign raised much more than $eight million via on line donations and donors.
