Julia is a partner with PwC Singapore’s Digital Regulatory Risk & Compliance practice, specializing in risk and transformation. In her previous roles, she held leadership positions as private banking industry lead, banking governance, risk and compliance leader, and digital transformation services leader within the firm. She has over 20 years of experience in various fields such as core banking, compliance, operational risk, finance transformation, corporate governance, ERM, and internal audit reviews.
Julia provides strategic advice to banks, wealth managers, capital markets intermediaries, and non-FIs on digital transformation strategy, risk and regulations, controls, and governance. Her ability to connect the dots and co-create practical solutions tailored to specific needs has earned her clients’ appreciation. Outside of her client work, she is actively involved in giving back through board directorship and mentoring. She currently serves on the Boards of Trustees for ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies) and the Building Construction Authority as well as the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She also mentors with Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
