Edison township plans to upgrade and repair sports courts at nine parks by the end of summer. Bids for the work are currently being sought, with a deadline of April 30. Once the contract is awarded, the project will be completed within 90 days.
The scope of work includes clearing and grading, removal of existing features, pavement removal, crack repairs, installation of asphalt base and surface courses, as well as pickleball and tennis posts and nets, basketball posts and goals, a color surfacing system, line striping, and more.
