Houston-based World Emblem commemorates three decades in operation

World Emblem, the world’s leading patch and emblem manufacturer, is celebrating its 30th year in business. Based in northwest Houston, the company produces an impressive 250 million emblems and custom products on average each year. Founded in New Jersey in 1993, World Emblem has since expanded to nine locations worldwide with over 1,000 employees.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel highlighted that flexibility is at the core of World Emblem’s operations. The company is capable of fulfilling orders for as few as one garment or as many as 10,000 garments, making them a versatile and customer-focused business. Some of their esteemed clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis, a testament to the high-quality and personalized products they produce.

During a tour with ABC13’s Localish team, World Emblem showcased their intricate process of creating custom patches and emblems. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident as they worked on projects for some of the biggest brands in the industry.
