Houston-based World Emblem celebrates three decades of operation

In 1993, a small shop was opened in New Jersey, which has now expanded to become the largest patch and emblem manufacturer in the world. Located in northwest Houston, World Emblem produces an average of 250 million emblems and custom products annually. Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel stated that the company offers a minimum quantity of one for orders, making it accessible for both individual customers and large corporations.

With over 1,000 employees worldwide, World Emblem’s client list includes major brands such as the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis. The customization options available at World Emblem are vast, with the capability to embroider on a variety of garments. During a behind-the-scenes tour with ABC13’s Localish team, the intricate process of creating custom patches at World Emblem was showcased. Each product is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail.
