Johnny Nguyen, a former resident of Vietnam, left his homeland during the war in search of a better life for his children. He faced numerous challenges such as food shortages and supply chain issues, but he never gave up on his dream. After arriving in the United States, Nguyen started out by working various jobs while continuing his education. Eventually, he found success in the printing industry and entered the construction sector, eventually leading to the creation of DVR Cabinetry in Northeast Philadelphia.

Today, DVR Cabinetry is a thriving business with around 25 employees. Nguyen hopes to hire another 50 people as his business continues to grow. He believes that his success is a testament to the American Dream and wants to inspire others by showing them that with hard work and determination, anyone can achieve their dreams.
