He recommends incorporating pomegranates, grapes, and lychees into your diet as they are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can benefit your skin health.

Pomegranates are an excellent source of vitamins C, K, E, folate (B9), minerals, and powerful antioxidant compounds like ellagic acid and polyphenols. These nutrients help inhibit melanocytes proliferation, reduce melanin pigment production, and slow down the aging process, resulting in even-toned and youthful skin. Pomegranate essence also protects the skin from sunlight and detoxifies it, enhancing regeneration, recovery, and plumpness.

Lemons contain high amounts of vitamin C which helps combat the harmful effects of free radicals on the skin. It promotes collagen production, reduces signs of aging, controls hyperpigmentation and prevents oxidative stress caused by magnesium deficiency which affects healthy skin function.
