Germany U17 Defeats United States U17 in Thrilling 3-2 Win on November 21, 2023

In a thrilling match at the U-17 World Cup in Indonesia, Germany emerged victorious over the United States with a final score of 3-2. The United States was eliminated from the tournament after Germany scored a late goal to take their lead.

The game was played at a fast pace, with both teams battling for dominance throughout. Germany took an early lead with a free kick by Charles Herrmann in the 14th minute. The US quickly equalized with a goal by Taha Habroune just 10 minutes later.

The back-and-forth continued into the second half, with Germany threatening to take their lead once again. However, the US managed to level the scores for the second time in the 80th minute with a free kick by David Vazquez.

Despite this, Germany ultimately secured their victory in the 87th minute when substitute Bilal Yalcinkaya scored a late winner. This win took Germany to the quarterfinals, where they will face Spain on Nov. 24. The US were disappointed by this result and were knocked out of the competition.
