The Croatian national team has secured their spot in Euro 2024 after a series of intense matches and drama. The team, led by Josko Guardiol, will face full stands of passionate Croatian fans in Germany.

Guardiol, who will be just 22 years old at the time of the tournament, expressed his excitement about qualifying for his third major competition and playing alongside other talented young players. He also commented on the Manchester City defender Borna Sosa’s return to the first team after assisting on the winning goal in Riga. Although Sosa’s performance was not up to par with Guardiol’s expectations, he was given another chance to prove himself.

Sosa shared his thoughts on the atmosphere that awaits them in Germany, saying that they are more motivated since it promises to be electric and they know their goals are to progress through the group stages without making any specific announcements.

Dominik Livaković also expressed his happiness at returning to Maksimir stadium and helping the team with important one-on-one defense during their victory celebration. When asked about Dalić’s criticism earlier this year, Livaković stated that it served as an incentive for him to improve and perform better in future tournaments.

Overall, the Croatian national team is focused on taking each match one step at a time and achieving their goals at Euro 2024 without revealing any specific strategies or tactics ahead of time.
