After suffering a blowout loss in Week 10, the Jaguars bounced back with a vengeance and defeated the Titans 34-14 in Week 11. With a record of 7-3, the Jaguars maintained their lead in the AFC South heading into their next game against the Texans.
The team is hoping for another impressive run to replicate last year’s mid-November victory that saw them win the division and six of their last seven games. On Sunday, Quarterback Trevor Lawrence scored two touchdowns by running and throwing, while also hitting Calvin Ridley with both of his touchdown passes. Ridley had an amazing day with seven catches for 103 yards, which was his most productive day in over a month.
The Titans, on the other hand, have been struggling lately with a record of 3-14 in their last seven games and seem to be having difficulty formingulating a winning strategy for their upcoming games. Sunday’s match featured two turnovers but also some great highlights from both teams as they fought hard until the end. However, penalties made it difficult for the Titans to keep up with the Jaguars throughout the game.
Head coach Doug Pederson will be proud of his team’s performance on Sunday and will look forward to leading them into Week 12 against Houston with confidence and determination to continue their winning streak.
