The City of New Ulm is gearing up for the upcoming Small Business Saturday on November 25th, an event aimed at supporting local small businesses. This day-long celebration will showcase and highlight the various small businesses in the area.

In preparation for this event, the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Small Business Owners Group, has created a flyer or list of participating businesses that will be offering special deals or incentives for local shoppers. To make the event even more exciting, popular character The Grinch will be making appearances at select participating businesses between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

With a membership of over 340 businesses, representing the city’s largest employers, retailers, professional services, and interested individuals, the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to promoting and supporting local small businesses. A list of participating businesses can be accessed online and on social media as well as in The Journal.
