Cast Revealed for World Premiere 2-Part Adaptation of John Galsworthy’s The Forsyte Saga

The world premiere of John Galsworthy’s The Forsyte Saga is set to take place at London’s Park Theatre, with two parts to be presented from October 11 through December 7. Directed by Josh Roche, the adaptation by Shaun McKenna and Lin Coghlan, based on the novel originally published in the early 1900s, will feature a star-studded cast.

Fiona Hampton will portray Irene Forsyte, while Joseph Millson will play Soames Forsyte. Flora Spencer-Longhurst has been cast as Fleur Forsyte in the epic saga that spans 40 years from the end of the Victorian era to the beginning of the Roaring ’20s. Set in 1886 London, The Forsyte Saga follows Soames and Irene as they navigate themes of class, respectability, and possessive patriarchy.
