Originally constructed from the remains of a crumbling book depository, Newlab now houses 90 startups operating across various industries, including EV off-road vehicles and smart wheels designed for warehouse logistics. The facility aims to help entrepreneurs speed up their product development cycle, according to CEO Cameron Lawrence.
