Mislav Oršić’s arrival in Trabzonspor was not what he had hoped for. Unfortunately, his knee injury sustained during one of the first training sessions has kept him out of action and denied him the chance to make his debut. Despite this setback, the Croatian national team player is working hard to turn things around and get back on the field.

In a recent social media post, Oršić announced that he is finally back on the field after nearly four months since his injury. This news is a positive sign for fans and supporters alike, as they eagerly await his return to action. However, it remains to be seen whether Nenad Bjelica, who insisted on Oršić’s arrival but has now left the club, will still have an impact on his playing time in Turkey.

The departure of Croatian coach Slaven Belupo has also affected other players like Filip Benković and Tonio Teklić. Benković was previously a regular member of the first team but has now been relegated to the bench, while Teklić only switches between sitting on the bench and standing on it. It seems that coming to a particular club because of the coach can have its drawbacks.

The uncertain status of Oršić and other Croatian players at Trabzonspor is further complicated by the fact that the club has improved significantly since Bjelica’s departure. In their last four games, they have won three matches and drawn one, raising questions about what plans – if any – new coach Abdullah Avci has for Oršić.

Overall, it seems that Mislav Oršić’s experience in Turkey so far hasn’t gone according to plan. However, he remains determined to recover from his injury and make a name for himself at Trabzonspor.
