Bernie Clarke, a dedicated volunteer at the Lake Placid Ecumenical Food Pantry, was seen hard at work manning the stuffing station of the Thanksgiving bag assembly line. The volunteers at the pantry, located at St. Agnes Church, spent over an hour on Monday morning packing bags in preparation for distribution.

Linda Young, the organizer of the event, estimated that they would distribute approximately 275 bags of food throughout the day. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that those in need would have access to a Thanksgiving meal. The community’s support and dedication to helping those less fortunate were evident in their efforts.
