Revolutionizing Healthcare: An AI Conference Promises to Save Lives and Improve Quality of Life

The first of its kind in Israel, an extraordinary conference was initiated by Rabbi Yossi Arablich, founder and chairman of the organization “For Your Sake.” The event brought together senior managers of AI companies from around the world, leading international scientists, and heads of the health system. The goal was to create collaborations and harness the technological revolution of artificial intelligence for the purpose of saving lives, extending life expectancy, and improving quality of life.

Among the organizations that participated in the conference were Google, Microsoft, Mobileye, and Check Point – all leaders in the development of artificial intelligence globally. State President Yitzhak (Boji) Herzog sent his blessing to the participants, praising Rabbi Yossi Arablich’s dedication to helping patients receive professional assistance and support. He recognized the importance of this conference in understanding the implications of artificial intelligence on healthcare and praised its potential for breakthrough applications.

During the conference, Prof. Ran Blitzer from Klalit Health Fund discussed how AI is being used in medicine to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalization days. He emphasized its role in early disease detection and spoke about its potential to revolutionize doctor-patient relationships by returning medicine to its core principles. Alon Chaimovich CEO of Microsoft Israel also highlighted AI’s importance in healthcare while Prof Yossi Matias VP Google Worldwide discussed breakthrough applications that are possible through technology integration with healthcare systems worldwide.

The conference addressed challenges facing Israeli healthcare such as a shortage of specialized manpower. Prof Zion Hagai Chairman Israel Medical Association emphasized investing human resources into healthcare while criticizing Ministry Health for outsourcing medical staffing issues instead investing their budgets into it directly which would be more beneficial long term for both patients care quality as well as job market satisfaction among medical professionals
