Walmart Business has been working hard to improve its offerings and services for small businesses over the past year. This includes a dedicated membership program and a tailored app experience. Now, Walmart is helping small businesses prepare for holiday office celebrations by launching its Holiday Party Shop and Employee Gift Finder solutions. These tools are designed to help businesses save time and money while getting ready for holiday parties.

To make the shopping experience even more convenient, Walmart has partnered with TikTok star Corporate Natalie to provide advice and a curated marketplace for holiday party needs. Additionally, the Gift Finder tool allows shoppers to sort ideas by price range, customer rating, availability, delivery speed, and brand.

Walmart believes that throwing a great party is not only important for the holidays but also helps foster a sense of camaraderie and team spirit among employees. To make it easy for customers to shop online or in-store, Walmart offers same-day delivery or curbside pickup for orders placed through its app. Customers can also use Walmart Pay when shopping in-store, allowing them to complete their transaction using the shared payment method in the Walmart Business app.

These flexible offerings demonstrate Walmart’s commitment to creating a B2B buying experience that meets the needs of everyday shoppers while still being tailored to the specific expectations of small business owners and operators. According to Ashley Hubka, SVP and General Manager of Walmart Business, “We recognized that we had both the capabilities and opportunity to really focus on them in a way that we had never done before. That was our opportunity: as our strategy has evolved and our ecommerce capabilities have advanced to where they are now, we felt like we had the grounding and bandwidth to think more about businesses as customers.”
