Veteran cornerback Artie Burns is producing his return to the Seahawks’ active roster. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Seahawks have decided to sign Burns from their practice squad. Burns had previously been elevated to play in the very first two games of the season. Even so, the Seahawks can only get in touch with him up a single additional time with out the threat of losing him to a different group. This week, a different group could have shown interest in Burns, prompting the Seahawks to safe his location on their roster.
This season, Burns has produced a single tackle and has appeared in 3 games for the group. In addition, he played for the Bears in 2021, participating in 11 games, and spent his very first 4 seasons with the Steelers, playing in 58 games.
