“Selling in Amazon’s retailer has enabled independent sellers to employ an estimated 1.five million persons in the U.S.,” says Dharmesh Mehta, vice president of Amazon’s worldwide promoting companion solutions. “And in the course of the 2022 vacation season alone, Amazon shoppers bought almost half a billion items from smaller organizations in the U.S., leveraging Amazon’s substantial investments in consumer website traffic, a trusted purchasing knowledge and fulfillment and logistics capabilities that allow quickly and handy delivery.”

“While smaller organizations continue to thrive by promoting in Amazon’s retailer, operating a smaller business enterprise has by no means been simple,” Amazon says. “And this previous year brought new challenges that organizations of all sizes had to navigate. The economy saw increasing interest prices and inflation not noticed in almost 40 years.
