Karel Davis joined us in the studio this morning to talk about the upcoming Public Health Fair hosted by the Wichita County Public Health. This will be the first time the event has taken place since 2019 and is sure to be a hit with attendees of all ages.
The fair will feature over forty community partners with booths offering giveaways, education, and activities for everyone to enjoy. Animal services will also be present to waive adoption fees and offer free microchipping for Wichita Falls residents. In addition to the various organizations participating, there will be games, scavenger hunts, and other fun activities for attendees to enjoy.
The theme for this year’s fair is Super Heroes, Super Health, so everyone is encouraged to come dressed as their favorite superhero. The fair will take place on April 4 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1700 3rd street, across from the waterfalls.
This event is completely free and open to the public, so whether you’re young or old, make sure to bring the whole family for a day of entertainment and education. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about health and wellness in a fun and interactive way. Copyright 2024 KAUZ. All rights reserved.
