Kevin Dulaney, a technology specialist with 25 years of experience in the industry, has been named as the first EVP and head of technology and innovation at SourceCode, a New York-based agency. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the firm’s digital transformation strategy and IT operations, as well as developing measurement and analytics services.
Dulaney previously held the position of EVP and global head of technology at Hotwire, where he worked for nearly 10 years. During his time at Hotwire, he created and implemented communications services for technology companies and worked with clients such as Atari, NASA, and the NFL to develop new products and enhance existing tools. He was also a member of PRWeek’s Dashboard 25 class of 2023.
Greg Mondshein, managing partner and cofounder of SourceCode, stated that “Dulaney’s unique skill set and deep understanding of marketing and agency operations position him perfectly to help us remain on the cutting edge of marketing communications.”
In addition to its New York headquarters, SourceCode opened its first international office in the U.K. last year. The agency hired Giles Peddy, the former CEO of tech PR consultancy Missive, to lead the office. According to PRWeek’s Agency Business Report 2023, SourceCode saw a 4% increase in revenue last year, reaching $8.8 million globally.
