On Tuesday, the Sinj police announced the completion of their criminal investigation against a 19-year-old young man who was suspected of committing the criminal offense of Endangering life and property by means of a generally dangerous act or means. The incident occurred on November 19 in Krušvar while the young man was hunting with a peer. At one point, a shot from a rifle hit the young man, resulting in serious injuries.

Following the completion of the investigation, a criminal complaint was filed against him to the competent state attorney’s office. The complaint accuses the young man of endangering not only his own life but also that of others during the hunting trip. The police stated that they will continue to investigate other potential victims and witnesses who may have been affected by this crime.

The young man is currently being held in custody as he awaits trial for his alleged crimes. This incident has brought attention to the dangers associated with hunting and has prompted calls for increased safety measures during these activities.
