Hyeyoung Lim, Ph.D., associate professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s J. Frank Barefield, Jr. Division of Criminal Justice, has been chosen as the 2023-24 Education Ambassador of Larger Education by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
