Valencia CF and LALIGA have teamed up to introduce NFC technology at the Mestalla stadium, allowing VCF Socio season ticket holders to utilize their digital pass at the turnstiles. This innovative system will begin on May 5th during the match between Valencia CF and Deportivo Alavés. The switch from QR codes to contactless NFC technology will streamline and expedite entry into the stadium.

Tickets can now be stored on mobile devices like phones or smartwatches and scanned at the turnstiles using an NFC reader. By scanning the circular icon on the contactless reader, fans will gain access to the stadium without needing physical tickets. This eliminates the risk of loss or theft while ensuring smoother entry at stadium access points.

Season tickets for 2023/24 are multi-season, valid for this season and the next two. For those without NFC-enabled devices, a QR code can still be used for entry. To download the NFC passbook, fans can access the Member Portal, log in, click on ‘Download Digital Pass’, and follow the instructions provided via email.

It is important to note that only the first entry to each game will be accepted, with subsequent attempts not allowed. Fans may also be asked for identification at the turnstiles, and reselling tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited by LALIGA regulations. Valencia CF reserves the right to deny admission to anyone not abiding by these terms of use.
