VisiTech Inc., a technology public relations firm founded in 1998, has been acquired by Comprise, a full-service public-relations and marketing agency. As part of the agreement, the staff of VisiTech will join the Comprise team, with VisiTech CEO Lisa Tafolla taking on the role of strategic business adviser.
Comprise CEO Doyle Albee expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating that VisiTech’s skills, relationships, expertise, and client base complement their existing business. He sees the acquisition as a natural fit that will benefit both companies.
The acquisition deal was structured as an asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms and is expected to be finalized on May 1st. Tafolla reflected on VisiTech’s success and attributed it to her ability to recognize and hire excellent people. She praised the Comprise team for passing what she calls “the Lisa test” and is confident that their clients will benefit from the expanded services and energy of the combined team.
Both Comprise and VisiTech are committed to maintaining high ethical standards, which Tafolla believes will ensure a smooth transition and continued quality service for their clients.
