In the San Luis Valley, Colorado, community leaders have expressed growing concerns about the behavioral health of workers in the agriculture industry. To address this issue, we have developed an interactive worker wellbeing assessment using the Total Worker Health® and Total Farmer Health® frameworks.
The presentation will focus on assessing worker wellbeing by evaluating factors such as job satisfaction, coworker support, work affect, work fatigue, overall health status, chronic health conditions, individual stress, general mental health status, substance use, work injuries, social support, anxiety, and depression.
