American Airlines is launching its first rotating collection of premium amenities over Memorial Day Weekend, including a new front-row flagship suite, new bedding, and enhanced dining options. The airline is taking a thoughtful approach to enhance the onboard experience for its customers by providing luxury in-flight offerings for them.
Kim Cisek, American’s vice president of customer experience, stated that the goal is to provide a memorable travel experience and connect customers to the people and experiences that matter most to them. While most of the new amenities are geared towards premium cabins, main cabin passengers will also have access to new bedding, seat enhancements, 4K seatback screens, Bluetooth connectivity, new charging ports, 1,500 free entertainment options, and high-speed WiFi.
