Amwins Underwriting division’s Armor Program Underwriters (APU) has recently launched its Home Health Care HNOA program. The program offers specialized hired and non-owned auto liability coverage for home health care operations, as the demand for such services continues to rise with seniors choosing to age in place and advancements in medical procedures allowing for at-home recovery.
Julie Reisinger, the program manager at APU, emphasizes the importance of working with experts who are knowledgeable about the evolving healthcare landscape. She highlights the team’s commitment to creating customized coverage solutions that provide long-term protection for their clients.
The coverage offered by the Home Health Care HNOA program is available in all states except Louisiana and provides standalone hired and non-owned auto liability with limits up to $5 million. The program caters to various classes of businesses, including doctors, nurse practitioners, visiting nurses, physical therapists, and more. However, accounts involving client, patient or passenger transport are not eligible for this particular program.
Amwins’ healthcare specialists are deeply involved in the market and maintain strong relationships with top-rated carriers. This enables them to offer clients tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs while safeguarding their operations from potential risks. The goal of the Home Health Care HNOA program is to provide comprehensive insurance solutions that help home health care providers navigate the evolving healthcare landscape while ensuring they have adequate protection for their patients and staff.
