The city of Jackson is hosting a unique event for vendors and those interested in learning more about departments within the city. On May 6, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Carl Perkins Civic Center will host the inaugural City of Jackson Vendor Expo, which is open to all attendees without sign-up required.
This free event provides an excellent platform for vendors to directly interact with representatives from various city departments, said Zach Polk, Purchasing Director for Jackson. “Anybody and everybody is invited to this thing. It’s free. You can come in, talk, meet people, you may learn some new things about the city,” he added.
In addition to connecting with city departments, attendees will also be able to learn more about upcoming business opportunities and projects in the city. This organic approach of face-to-face meeting with people doing business in the city is one of the best ways to get new business into an area.”
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with city departments and learn more about business opportunities in Jackson.
