The Sioux Falls Drybar at Empire Place has officially closed its doors, with the owner currently searching for a new franchisee to take over the business. This was announced on Sunday, marking the last day for the salon, which was located in front of The Empire Mall.
In addition to the Sioux Falls location, the franchisees also closed down their Rapid City branch due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure was announced in a statement released by the business, expressing gratitude to their team and clients. All memberships have been canceled, and any membership fees processed in April are being refunded to customers.
Despite these closures, the teams at both locations had a great time serving customers with great hair and mimosas, creating memories that will be cherished. Gift cards and saved member benefits can still be used at other Drybar locations across the country. However, it is important to note that gift cards may only be redeemed at certain locations during specific times of year due to supply chain issues and other factors beyond our control.
