Dubai’s real estate market saw a staggering total of 15.1 billion dirhams in transactions within just a week, according to the “Dubai Rest” application of the Land Department. This was due to an impressive 4,598 procedures, resulting in a strong demand for property in the emirate.
In terms of sales, the residential market in Dubai recorded 3,370 transactions worth 6.9 billion dirhams, with apartments accounting for the largest share. The highest residential deals were seen in “Palm Jumeirah”, “Burj Khalifa”, and “Al Jaddaf”. Meanwhile, land sales reached 2.87 billion dirhams, with the highest deals occurring in “Mohammed Bin Rashid City – District 1” and “Palm Jumeirah”.
Mortgages totaled 4.4 billion dirhams, with the highest recorded in “Palm Jumeirah” and “Business Bay”. Donations reached 914.4 million dirhams, with the highest being made in “Al Quoz Industrial First”, “Palm Jumeirah”, and “Jumeirah Bay”.
