On April 11, thirty students from Pioneer Valley High School’s Business Technology Department embarked on a field trip to the California Science Center in Los Angeles. During their visit, the students explored various sections of the museum, including Air and Space Travel, Life and Biology, and Ecosystems. The common theme throughout the exhibits was how technology impacts the world through human inventions and innovations.
The interactive exhibits at the museum allowed the students to have a hands-on experience and gain insight into how the world operates. This experience helped them envision their future educational aspirations and potential career paths. Additionally, the students were treated to a 3-D IMAX movie titled “Cities of the Future” in the center’s theater, which explored how science and technology are influencing the way people live and travel in cities globally.
