Unfortunately, fencing has become a common issue at certain locations. One proposed solution to address this problem is to install a small camera at each entrance or transaction point to take a snapshot of individuals entering the location. This additional measure would provide an extra level of security and identification, with records of names associated with each entrance, proof of presence, and a picture of each individual.

Another approach that could be considered is to implement a one-time entrance fee that can be paid at a debit/credit kiosk. This fee would be refundable after a day or two, perhaps in the range of $3-$5 per entrance. This system would deter individuals who do not have a credit card on hand or do not want their presence at the location to be recorded.

By capturing images of individuals in action, it would be easier to identify and apprehend potential scammers if credit card theft were to occur. While restrictions like these may seem necessary for some people who simply want to enjoy time with their children, it is unfortunate that they may be required in order to maintain safety and security in certain locations. Ultimately, the best solution will depend on the specific circumstances and needs of each individual situation.
