The Packers add OT Andre Dillard to their roster

The Green Bay Packers have announced the signing of free agent Andre Dillard to a contract, as they look to address their offensive line’s many question marks, particularly with left tackle David Bakhtiari becoming a free agent after his release. Currently, the Packers have Rasheed Walker, Kadeem Teifort, Zach Tom, Luke Tenuta, and Caleb Jones at tackle on their roster. With Dillard’s experience at both left and right tackle, he is likely to compete for the left tackle job.

In addition to signing Dillard, the Packers may also look to draft multiple linemen next week in an effort to further strengthen their offensive line. Dillard is 28 years old and has played 59 games with 19 starts throughout his career. His most significant experience came in 2023 when he started 10 games at left tackle for the Titans. Last season, he played a career-high 562 offensive snaps and showcased his potential as a valuable asset for the Packers. The Tennessee Titans released him on March 15th after four seasons with them following his four seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles after being drafted 22nd overall in 2019.
