Lexington’s summer season is kicking off with the ‘Be Healthy Bash’, hosted by UK HealthCare. This festival, taking place on June 8th at the Fayette County Extension Office, will focus on overall well-being, with a variety of activities and information centered around nutrition, fitness, and emotional wellness.
The ‘Be Healthy Bash’ will feature health screenings, wellness resources, free food, vaccinations, cooking demonstrations, taste testing, emotional wellness activities, physical activities, and games. Attendees can also enjoy inflatables for both kids and adults, a petting zoo, safety education, a smoothie bike, a meet and greet with UK’s mascot, Wally Cat, live music
