On Wednesday, the streets of London were stunned by a dramatic incident involving two Royal Guard horses. Vida and Trojan, part of the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, ran scared through the city, causing damage as they went. Unfortunately, both horses are in serious condition and have undergone surgery.

The Army trains with approximately 150 horses every day, making this incident exceptionally rare. The horses had been preparing for an upcoming military parade and event when they were frightened by a sudden noise from a construction site.
