The Kentucky Chamber has released a detailed summary of the 2024 Kentucky General Assembly and its implications for businesses. The publication, titled Results for Business, includes descriptions of bills, details on priority legislation that was passed, a legislative voting record, and more.
This year’s session saw a number of key highlights. The Chamber’s advocacy efforts led to $1.006 billion in savings for Kentucky employers, resulting in savings of $589 per employee in the state. Lawmakers also made significant investments in the Commonwealth’s future through the biennial budget, funding priorities such as child care, education, economic development, infrastructure, and more.
