Jaden Conwright has been set to return to Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America competition, partnering with Cam Aliabadi in World Speed’s newly added second entry for the rest of the season. The team’s existing duo of Scott Huffaker and Courtney Crone will also be joined by the new pair.
Conwright has a strong history with World Speed, having won the VMB Driver Development Scholarship in 2014 and the Formula Car Challenge FS championship before moving up to Pro Formula Mazda competition and finishing as runner-up in 2015. He also received the IMSA Diverse Driver Development Scholarship in 2022, which helped him transition to IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD competition with NTE Sport.
The 24-year-old Californian will team up with Aliabadi, who has previous experience in the one-make series after winning the 2021 Lamborghini Pilota Program. Team principal Telo Stewart expressed excitement about the new addition and the team’s readiness to compete with two strong pairs of drivers in the Pro-Am class at Monterey.
Super Trofeo North America will resume action next month at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
