Inspire Brands has recently appointed Yasir Anwar as its new Chief Technology Officer. With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Anwar previously held positions at major Fortune 500 companies such as Williams-Sonoma, Macy’s, Walmart, and Wells Fargo. His extensive expertise in technology will be a valuable asset to Inspire Brands.
As Chief Technology Officer at Inspire, Anwar will lead various teams including Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Technology Operations, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and Infrastructure and Development Operations. He expressed his enthusiasm for this new role and is eager to contribute to the company’s technology strategy and work with six iconic brands to drive transformative change.
Anwar officially joined Inspire Brands on May 6 and will report directly to Co-Founder and CEO Paul Brown. Additionally, he will serve on the company’s Management Committee, further solidifying his key role within the organization. His collaborative approach and track record of leading transformative change make Anwar a valuable asset to Inspire Brands as it continues to evolve and grow.
