The Saints have signed five more of their draft picks, including fifth-round quarterback Spencer Rattler. The team made the announcement on Thursday night that they had secured contracts with Rattler, receiver Bub Means, linebacker Jaylan Ford, defensive tackle Khristian Boyd, and offensive tackle Josiah Ezirim. Additionally, first-round offensive tackle Taliese Fuaga signed earlier in the day, leaving only second-round cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry as the sole unsigned draft pick.
Rattler was the 150th overall pick in the draft and has played three seasons at Oklahoma and two seasons at South Carolina. Throughout his career, he has completed 68.5 percent of his passes for 10,807 yards with 77 touchdowns and 32 interceptions while also rushing for 16 scores. He will now be part of a quarterbacks room that includes Derek Carr and Jake Haener.
