The 2024 NFL Draft has finally arrived and there are reports of several teams looking to trade up to acquire some of the top prospects in this draft. Will the Minnesota Vikings make a move to secure a successor for Kirk Cousins? Could veteran wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Tee Higgins be traded for rookie replacements? The first wide receiver off the board, Marvin Harrison Jr., was picked by the Cardinals at 8:54 am ET. Just a few minutes earlier at 9:04 am ET, Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers opted to stay put at No. 5 and chose Notre Dame’s Joe Alt. At 9:08 am ET, LSU’s Malik Nabers was selected by the Giants at No. 6. The Patriots made a move at No. 3, selecting Drake Maye at 8:49 am ET. The Washington Commanders followed with Jayden Daniels at No. 2 overall at 8:42 am ET. The Chicago Bears kicked off the draft by selecting Caleb Williams at No. 1 overall at 8:36 am ET.
