Nicklaus Children’s Health System recently achieved an upgraded AA- bond rating with a Stable outlook from Fitch Ratings and a reaffirmed A rating with an improved Positive outlook from Standard and Poor’s. The health system is dedicated to providing the best possible pediatric care in South Florida, according to its President and CEO, Matthew A. Love.
The health system is a nonprofit 307-bed freestanding children’s hospital and a network of pediatric outpatient centers across South Florida. It has been recognized by rating agencies for its status as the premier pediatric hospital in the region, as well as its growing market share, expanding ambulatory services, and growing hospital affiliations.
Nicklaus Children’s Health System is the parent organization of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, the only licensed specialty hospital exclusively for children in South Florida.
